Imperial German Badge.

A brass and enamel badge, it shows crosses rifles and cannons with a shoulder strap in the centre with 131 and the button painted on, at the bottom there is a banner with Murchingerl which I assume is a Town or Village, these where attached to service commemorative Schnapps flasks.
